We currently have an opening for the following Outside Contractor position:
ASSET INVENTORY SPECIALIST
This position involves the physical inventorying, tagging and reconciling of fixed assets for various industrial companies.
This position involves over-night travel along with extensive work on Excel and Word.
Qualified individuals need to have good problem solving skills along with excellent communication skills. Experience as an equipment maintenance supervisor, fixed asset accountant or quality control specialist would be best suited for this position.
Specific Job Requirements:
- Two years experience as equipment maintenance supervisor/quality control specialist or similar responsibility.
- Ability to communicate effectively and lead client (on-site facility personnel) in identifying and verifying assets reported on fixed asset listing.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Proficiency in Fixed Asset Accounting System desirable.
