- No, our agreements are set up like a menu so you can select the services you need.
What states do you service?
- We perform our services in any state. We also do inventories outside our borders!
How do you determine your fees?
- We use criteria specific to the service in which you have an interest. The amount of time needed as well as all out of pocket costs are considered. You will always have all of our qualified staff members available for consultation at no additional fee.

Do you physically visit our facility?
- Yes, we physically inspect all locations at least once during the life of your agreement.
What is the life of your agreements and do they automatically renew?
- Our agreement terms are typically 2 to 3 years. They do not automatically renew.
