Greg Morgan

 

Greg began his career in property taxes as an appraiser for Pickens County, SC in 1986. Demonstrating proficiency in the valuation of commercial and industrial properties, he was offered a position with the South Carolina Department of Revenue in 1987. With thirty-one years’ experience Greg retired from SCDOR as the senior appraiser in December of 2017.

Maintaining a genuine desire to help taxpayers with compliance and property tax consulting, Greg founded Palmetto Assessment Solutions to offer his wealth of experience to his clients. Recognizing the mutual benefits of a partnership, Valu Tec and PAS formed a partnership in 2019 to further enhance exceptional service to our clients.

Personally, Greg is an avid tennis player and competitive cyclist serving as captain of both his tennis team and elite level master’s bicycle racing team. With his love for dogs and tender heart for animals Greg enjoys volunteer work at the local animal shelter. Contact Greg at Greg@ValuTec.com
