Valu Tec appraisers inspect and review the personal property as inventoried on the Client’s fixed asset listing. The analysis includes verification of the assets’ continued productive use, and the proper scheduling for ad valorem taxation. Valu Tec then prepares all forms necessary for compliance, and submits a packet to the Client indicating where to sign and how and where to submit it to the assessor. Valu Tec will also confirm the accuracy of all assessments, as well as the calculation of all tax bills, for that tax year.
